The Deputy Minister of Education, Kanokwan Vilawan, was the chairperson of the meeting, “presentation on alliance information for cooperation in OPEC’s online instructional management” which has been proceeded from the Deputy Minister’s direction “unstoppable learning during school closure” due to COVID-19 outbreak. Previously, on March, the Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC) has launched “OPEC Digital Learning Center” (https://odlc.opec.go.th/) developing together with 5 private institutions namely St. Gabriel’s College, Krungthep Wittayakarn Computer School, Yanagawa Junior High School, Vorrarat Suksa School and 168 Tutor Online; the website provides grade 1 – 12 free online lessons in both live streaming and video recording covering every subject.
Consequently, there is further collaboration with 8 partnerships that have potential and are willing to share their learning platforms and online courses, which are Aksorn Education, Genesis MediaCom, Amarin Book Center and Suan Dusit University, ID Drive, the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology, Watana Panich Publishing, Symphony Music and Art School, and Thewphaingarm School and Canadian International School of Thailand.
“The presentation of 8 private schools and institutions demonstrates new contents and platforms which are very useful and covers every subject from pre-school to grade 12, in the aspects of curriculum management, classroom management application, assignment, examination and evaluation as well as teaching techniques. Moreover, there are teacher development and evaluation, and O-NET tutoring that I have advised to focus more on Thai subject for improvement and alleviation of concerns for OPEC personnel onwards,” the Deputy Minister said.
รมช.กนกวรรณ สนับสนุนการขยายแพลตฟอร์มเรียนออนไลน์ร่วมกับ 8 เครือข่าย – โรงเรียนหยุด แต่การเรียนรู้ไม่มีวันหยุด
นางกนกวรรณ วิลาวัลย์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นประธานการประชุม “นำเสนอข้อมูลของพันธมิตร เพื่อความร่วมมือในการจัดการเรียนการสอน Online ของ สช.” ซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินงานต่อเนื่องตามนโยบายของ รมช.ศึกษาธิการ “แม้โรงเรียนหยุด ความรู้ไม่หยุด” เนื่องจากสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 โดยเมื่อเดือนมีนาคม 2563 ที่ผ่านมา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน (สช.) ได้เปิดตัวเว็บไซต์ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ด้วยระบบดิจิทัล สช. https://odlc.opec.go.th/ ที่ร่วมมือกับ 5 สถานศึกษาเอกชน ได้แก่ โรงเรียนเซนต์คาเบรียล, โรงเรียนกรุงเทพวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, โรงเรียนมัธยมยานากาวา, โรงเรียนวรรัตน์ศึกษา และ 168 ติวเตอร์ออนไลน์ รวบรวมการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ที่มีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมตั้งแต่ระดับชั้น ป.1-ม.6 ในทุกกลุ่มสาระวิชา ทั้งแบบออนไลน์ Real time และบันทึกเทป VDO โดยไม่เสียค่าใชจ่าย
ดังนั้น จึงขยายความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรอีก 8 แห่ง ที่มีความพร้อมและต้องการที่จะแบ่งปันแพลตฟอร์มและเนื้อหาบทเรียนออนไลน์ ได้แก่ อักษร เอ็ดดูเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน), เจเนซิส มีเดียคอม จำกัด, อมรินทร์ บุ๊ค เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต, ไอดี ไดร์ฟ จำกัด, สถาบันส่งเสริมการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี (สสวท.), สำนักพิมพ์วัฒนาพานิช จำกัด (วพ.), ดนตรีและศิลปะซิมโฟนี่ จำกัด และโรงเรียนทิวไผ่งามและนานาชาติ แคนาเดียน ประเทศไทย
“การนำเสนอข้อมูลการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ของทั้ง 8 โรงเรียนและภาคเอกชน ถือว่ามีทั้งเนื้อหาและแพลตฟอร์มใหม่ ๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนnุกสาระวิชา ตั้งแต่อนุบาล-ม.6 รวมทั้งการจัดหลักสูตร การจัดห้องเรียนด้วยแอพพลิเคชัน แบบฝึกหัด ข้อสอบ และการประเมินผล รวมถึงเทคนิคต่าง ๆ มากไปกว่านั้น คือการพัฒนาและประเมินผลคุณครูผู้สอน รวมถึงการติวเสริมจากผลสอบ O-NET ซึ่งได้ขอให้เพิ่มวิชาภาษาไทยในระบบติว O-NET เพื่อพัฒนาและลดข้อห่วงใยของชาวโรงเรียนเอกชนต่อไป” รมช.ศึกษาธิการ กล่าว
